What We Read | June 2021

Friday, July 30, 2021

June was quite a short but hot (literally and figuratively) month and boy did we enjoy some hot reads this summer. There was a powerfully sensual Hades/Persephone retelling, a South Asian sapphic fantasy, 1920s murder mystery, moth-beast sexy times?, meet-cutes, royal rom-com and more. There's something for everyone. So get your beverage of choice ready, pull up a lounge chair and power up those e-readers and enjoy.

TL;DR: Lust At First Page is now a Drag Me Up/R.M. Virtues fan account. Drag Me Up is our favorite read so far this year, so when we say to pick yourself and friend up a copy, do it and thank me (but mostly R.M. Virtues themself) later. For Hades/Persephone lovers, trust us when we say you won't regret it.
